《Time for Cruising》 Why's Cruising so fun?

I'm in love with cruising since I first aboard the very first cruise ship in Hong Kong when I was five. I am impressed by the quiet way of life being carried away by wind and waves. It is always an enjoyable moment where you be with your soul and your very love ones.

1. No more phones and internet
As you all know, there's no signal in the middle of the sea. You can still try to access one from the Internet bar, but it is insane expensive charging you money per second. Without network and internet could be challenging to most of the people, but for me - PLEASE GET ME AWAY FROM THE TECHNOLOGYYY!!!

Urban lives becomes hectic and everyone is holding their phone browsing and networking. We started to loose the ability to appreciate nature and everything that is actually beautiful around us. Now, without the toy on our hands, free your eyeballs to the ocean and feel the breeze!!

2. Drop your bags, lay back and travel around
No way better than cruising that you can get around cities and countries without packing your suitcase everyday!! Feel free to lay around your belongings as the cabin is entirely yours.

3. Dress like a princess on Captain’s Night
As you all might be aware, Chinese does not have much occasions that they could dress elegantly in long dress and shimmering diamonds. We have no formal Christmas Ball nor formal theatre performance - even we do have one, well, people are reluctant to dress up like walking over the red carpet. So, now's the night show off your dress and figure. Also, a time to enjoy and feel good in the western culture.

4. Engage in new activities that you have never tried before
There’s a diverse selection of entertainment activities on-board. From yoga, dance, musical, live music, craft-making, knowledge seminars, Jacuzzi, ice-skating, health-analysis to disco and casino. There's a lot to explore and inspire your soul. Most of them are free classes included in your cruise fare, why not trying something new and exotic - for free, as you have paid already ;)

5. Quiet moment with your love ones
So family, all of you are all trapped on a boat (though is a huge one) - there's nowhere you could hide nor escape. Spend your mandatory time with your ‘long-time-no-see-for-so-long’ parents or your honey who only turns up when you are already asleep. Enjoy your sweet family moment with the activities that the cruise offers.

Hold on child, you are only forced to see your parents for these few days and you are free afterwards - at least you don't have to pay for your vacation!

6. Time to treat yourself with food 
There's unlimited food and shopping opportunity on a cruise. All food except special beverages and specialty restaurants is free!! Although I found the food from the specialty restaurant is more yum-yum, the dining at the main dining hall and the buffet lunch a and breakfast is not bad at all - at least they are promising with my Asian picky tongue. You can also buy beverage or specialty package for a better deal. These varies from company to company so better check out better you go (coz the discount before on-board is cheaper).

7. Time for bargaining watches and jewellery

As all of you might know, there's no tax selling things in the international waters. Therefore, buying luxurious goods could be a good entertainment during the long day. 

Although all goods are priced, you could seriously bargain with the sales on the price, often up to 70% off from the price listed. The more you but, the more bargaining power you got, it could go even 80+% off - simply not to believe in the price listed. However, brands are limited, quality grading is not that top in the market (clarity ranged from GHI and purity at Si grade). Most pieces only have 1 to 2 pieces in stock. Therefore, when you saw something favourable at a good price, stop procrastinating and but it before it goes.

I know luxurious good might not be the right cup of tea for everyone, but doing some window shopping is execellent to get the first touch of knowledge of diamond for young adults. Staffs are all very nice and welcome for enquiries, so it's a great gateway to start learning how to invest with diamond and watches.

8.
